All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

International shipping

We ship our products to the following countries: Brazil.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number so you can track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the order tracking information to update on the Post Office or carrier website.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition. The refund will be made for the full amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs.
